Option 1: UBER and search Lime Tree Cafe & Kitchen (Sheikh Zayed Road)

Option 2: Take the train and stop at FAB Metro Station (Sea side). From the metro station to Lime tree, walk for around 6 minutes.

Option 3: Drive but the parking is quite of a long haul (depends on the time though).

It depends on your mood and taste perhaps. I ordered a macchiato (single hot)

I heard that they serve local coffee and it is always fair-trade and organic.

Location: It is located in Dubai Design District (Building 5) and you can easily find it if you’re driving. If you’re going to One Life Kitchen and cafe thru Uber, it shouldn’t be a problem.
